01. What the lockers are intended for
Lockers are intended for temporary storage of luggage and personal belongings: backpacks, bags, and suitcases. You use an individual locker and unlock/lock it yourself using the key.
02. Rates and standard rental day
Renting a single locker costs 100 UAH per day. The standard rental day runs from 00:00 to 24:00.The paid period ends at 24:00 on the selected day regardless of the start time. If you need storage past 24:00, please arrange the period and total payment in advance.
03. Quantity and arrangement of items
Pricing is fixed per locker. You can place multiple items inside without extra charge for each piece. All items must fit completely inside and must not obstruct the door from closing.The 3–4 backpacks example is a general guideline: capacity depends on their dimensions. Before paying, verify if the locker size is suitable for your luggage.
04. Payment and getting access
Call +38 (067) 37-47-457 to check availability and receive payment instructions. After payment, you will receive a key box code. Open the key box, retrieve the key, and open your locker.
05. Using the locker
Place your items inside and make sure the locker is locked. Keep the key and code secure so third parties cannot access them. If you lose the key, the code fails, or any other issue arises, call the contact number immediately.
06. End of storage
Locker access is available 24/7. Pick up your items within the agreed paid period and double-check that nothing is left behind. Return the key according to the instructions received during registration. If your plans change, arrange further storage in advance.
07. Prohibited items
Do not store animals, weapons, explosives, flammable substances, drugs, toxic or other hazardous materials, strong-smelling items, or anything that could damage the locker or other luggage. Keep cash, documents, valuables, and electronics with you. Please confirm the possibility of storing non-standard items before payment.
